From the beginning, Crossroads has been a community where you can not only check out Christianity and seek answers to spiritual questions, but you can encounter God through worship experiences that meet you where you are. Crossroads is a church that is not a place of rigid rituals and religious practices, but is a safe community to encounter God at your own pace and see how He works in our world today. God has given Crossroads this vision and we are compelled to follow.

Crossroads started in a very unusual way. We began with a space. An empty space that we were to completely convert into an environment that would make those who were interested in hearing the good new of Jesus Christ comfortable. We are very aware that the gospel can be anything but comfortable, but also wanted an environment that would embrace a lost generation.

From the start, God was doing some amazing things by providing the resources to do what He called us to do. Though the vision was clear, it also seemed impossible. It seemed impossible to do all that was necessary to get started but God provided. Crossroads was able to open in November, 2006, and it’s been an exciting journey ever since.

Today, God is using Crossroads in the lives of many people. Individuals and families are rediscovering God or learning about Him for the very first time. The vision becomes a reality every single week as increasing numbers of people encounter God and go higher with Him.
